		<description>Hello Ella, the difference is that the semi dry cag has a neoprene neck seal and the dry cag has a latex neck seal which keeps the water out completely.  The neoprene seal keeps most of the water out but is not entirely dry but some people find this is more comfortable to wear.

Both cags generally have latex seals at the cuffs.  The latex seals can be carefully cut to get a really good fit.
