We did this trip in September 2007. It was windy for us as well most of the time but we managed to find a couple of still days to fish. The creeks are always fairly protected but you have to put up with the midgies. We are heading back up in late April which is probably one of the least windy months. We will be in the big boats for that trip. Stay tuned.
They are great fishing kayaks.I’ve got the outback model and use this off the north Devon coast in the UK.Great video thanks for posting it.Australia looks great although I’m not so sure about the big sharkfin and putting the scorpion type fish in my lap.
Wow, what a video, these vids are probably good for Australian tourism, I have never thought of it that way, nice vid! You sure now how to have a good time!

What time of year was that? I went late august and it was really windy, the weather in your video looks perfect!!! we didnt catch any fish either!

you sure you wana go marlin fishing in one? Hobies are more than suitable, a model like a Revolution or Adventure would do the trick

Great video mate. Been up that way several times but always been land locked. I’m certainly going to have to take up a kayak next time.
