It's tough to be in that situation, but you can pull through it. I'm really sorry to hear about your sister. I don't know how much help I'd be, I'm not a counselor or anything like that, but if you want to e-mail me I'll listen and try to answer. Oh, next couple weeks I'll be offline more than on, my wife is having surgery so she's going to need me. It's pretty serious, but the good news is they don't think it's cancer after all. Still has to come out though. Anyways, drop me a line.
