i think kayak is better just because you have control over it, its easier to move and more fun

well i like kayaks because their easy to move and in a canoe where you have two people the stearing is a little funny( to me at least). So i have to say a single seat kayak is better.

I bought a sit ontop kayak and ive taken it on freshwater and coastal water. Overall they are relativly cheap and provide alot of flexability i say the SIT ON TOP KAYAK… most def
